How STRGuestReviews.com works, in four steps. Free for hosts, for stays booked on any platform.
Create your free host account
Sign up with your name, email and one of your host or listing IDs from Airbnb, Vrbo or another platform, and accept the house rules. One click on the link we email you confirms the account. There is no approval queue and no fee.
Add your rentals
Add each property you host. Reviews and stay dates attach to a rental, so your history stays organized whether the booking came from Airbnb, Vrbo, a direct booking or anywhere else.
Check a guest before they arrive
Search by name, email or phone to see what other verified hosts have recorded about a guest. Email addresses and phone numbers are matched securely and only ever shown masked.
Leave a factual review after checkout
Record the stay dates, rate the guest in four categories, flag any specific incidents, and say whether you would rent to them again. It takes a couple of minutes and helps the next host decide.
Fair to guests, too
Reviews must be first-hand and factual, and anyone who may have been reviewed can request and contest their record. Read the FAQ for how reviews are moderated.
